Privacyprivacy@soloke.appAccess, correction or deletion of your data; privacy questions

Before you write about a payment

Most questions are quicker to answer if you include the email you paid with and, if you have it, your order or receipt reference. If Pro did not turn on after you paid, see the delivery steps on our Shipping and Delivery Policy first — signing in to Soloke with the same email you paid with is usually all that is needed.

Payment provider

Payments are processed by our payment providers. Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay purchases are sold by Stripe (Managed Payments), which acts as the seller of record and handles tax, fraud and disputes; the descriptor on your statement is from Stripe. PayMe is available for Hong Kong buyers and shows as a payment to Soloke. We never see or store your full card number.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled something, write to support@soloke.app with "Complaint" in the subject and we will look at it again. If you are a consumer and we cannot resolve it, you keep any right you have to complain to the relevant authority in your country (in Hong Kong, to the Consumer Council) or to bring a claim under the law that applies to you.
