A Cantonese song you love may never have had a commercial karaoke track. Even when it did, the K version can be hard to find, region-locked, or mixed differently from the record you know. Most of the time the only version online is the MV — the band, the singer, and no way to take the singer out. 你喜歡的粵語歌，未必出過商業 K 版；就算有，也未必容易找到、可能有地區限制，或者混音跟你聽慣的唱片不同。很多時候網上只有 MV：有樂隊、有原唱，但沒有辦法把原唱拿走。

Cantonese lyrics are also dense. A line can move through several characters in a second, so a normal lyric sheet with one timestamp per line is not much help when you are learning. Character-by-character timing is what makes practice feel possible. 粵語歌詞本身也很密。一句歌可以在兩三秒內唱過很多字，所以只標了每句開始時間的普通歌詞，練習時幫助不大。逐字計時，才真的跟得上。

Lyrics, tones and what the score can tell you歌詞、聲調，同分數代表什麼

Cantonese is tonal, and the melody often pulls against the spoken tone. A pitch score compares your note to the song's melody; it does not judge whether your tones or pronunciation are correct. Use it to check that you are landing on the tune, not as a pronunciation test. 粵語有聲調，旋律有時會和說話的聲調拉扯。音準評分是把你唱的音和原曲旋律比對，不會判斷你的聲調或咬字是否正確。用它來確認自己有否唱中旋律，不要當成讀音測試。

Soloke does not supply lyrics. You paste them or load an .lrc file, so you can use the version you trust — 繁體, 口語, or a mix of Chinese and English — and fix any line that does not match the recording. Soloke 不提供歌詞。由你貼上或載入 .lrc，所以你可以用自己信得過的版本——繁體、口語，或者中英夾雜——遇到和錄音不同的句子，也可以自己改。

A practice routine that works實用的練習方法

• Start with a clean studio MV. A centred lead and a steady mix separate better than a live recording with crowd noise.先揀乾淨的錄音室 MV。主唱置中、混音穩定，會比有觀眾聲的現場版抽得乾淨。
• Lower the key first. Singing in a comfortable range makes the timing and the words easier to learn.先降 key。唱得舒服，時間和歌詞都會容易上手。

• Repeat one section rather than the whole song. Watch the note lane and the lyric wipe together.集中練一段，不要每次都唱完整首。同時留意音符軌和歌詞亮起的位置。
• Record nothing. Soloke does not record your voice; you can be as rough as you like while practising.不會錄音。Soloke 不會錄低你的聲音，練習時可以放心亂唱。
