What the score is measuring分數在量度什麼
The target melody comes from the song itself, so there is no extra file to download. While you sing, Soloke compares the pitch of your voice with the note the song is on and shows both on the note lane. Parts that land on the note glow; parts that are sharp or flat show up on either side. The percentage is a running summary of the sung notes that landed on the melody. 目標旋律直接從歌曲讀取，毋須另外下載檔案。你唱的時候，Soloke 會把你聲音的音高和歌曲當下的音比對，兩者一齊顯示在音符軌上。唱中的部分會亮起；偏高或偏低，會顯示在音符的兩側。百分比就是唱中旋律的即時總結。
Singing an octave lower or higher still counts: the score follows the note, not the absolute register. Silence counts against you, because the song expects a note there. 低八度或高八度照樣計分：分數跟隨音符，不理絕對音域。靜音會扣分，因為歌曲在那一刻本來有一個音。
What it is good for什麼時候特別有用
- Finding your range. Change the key and watch where the lane becomes comfortable.找音域。轉 key，觀察音符軌在哪個位置最舒服。
- Catching a habit. If you are consistently sharp on high notes or flat at the end of phrases, the lane shows it.找出習慣。如果你唱高音時總是偏高，或者句尾總是偏低，音符軌會顯示出來。
- Checking a phrase. Loop one section and watch the same few notes until they land.檢查一句。循環練同一段，看著那幾個音，直到唱中為止。

What it cannot tell you它不能告訴你什麼
Pitch is one part of singing. The score does not judge tone, pronunciation, breath support, phrasing or style, and it cannot hear whether a note sounds good in context. It is also sensitive to the room and the microphone: a quiet room and a steady input give a steadier line. 音準只是唱歌的一部分。分數不會判斷聲調、咬字、氣息、樂句處理或風格，也聽不出一個音在音樂裡是否好看。它亦會受環境和麥克風影響：安靜的房間和穩定的輸入，會得出更穩定的線。
Use headphones when you can. Switch the Headphones option on for a steadier line and quieter singing. On speakers, leave it off so the backing track is not picked up by the microphone.可以的話戴耳機。開啟 Headphones 選項，線會更穩定，細聲唱也偵測得到。用喇叭時就關掉，避免麥克風收到伴奏。
How to start scoring a song怎樣開始評分
- Add Soloke to desktop Chrome and finish the one-time setup.把 Soloke 加到桌面版 Chrome，完成一次設定。
- Open the song on YouTube, press the Soloke button and let it take the tab.在 YouTube 開啟歌曲，按 Soloke 按鈕，讓它接管分頁。
- Allow the microphone, add lyrics if you want them, and choose Sing.允許使用麥克風；想有歌詞就加上，然後選 Sing。
- Pick a key that fits, keep a little guide vocal if you need it, and watch the lane rather than only the number.揀一個適合的 key，需要時留一點原唱做引導，留意音符軌而不只是分數。

Is the score accurate?分數準確嗎？
It is a useful practice signal, not a measurement instrument. The melody is estimated from the recording, and room noise, microphone quality and speakers all affect the line. It is good for spotting patterns; it is not an exam result.它是有用的練習參考，不是測量儀器。旋律是從錄音估算出來，環境噪音、麥克風質素和喇叭都會影響線條。它適合用來找模式，不是考試分數。
Does it work for any language?任何語言都適用嗎？
Yes. Pitch is pitch. The melody comes from the song and your voice is compared to it, so Cantonese, Mandarin, Japanese, Korean and English songs all work the same way.是。音準就是音準。旋律來自歌曲，你的聲音和它比對，所以粵語、國語、日文、韓文和英文歌都一樣適用。
Does it score timing too?節奏也會計分嗎？
The score is about pitch. Timing is handled by the lyric timing and the note lane's cursor; a note sung late still counts as pitch, but it will look late against the lane.分數只計音準。時間由歌詞計時和音符軌的游標處理；唱遲了仍然會計音準，但在音符軌上會看到遲了。
Does Soloke record my voice?Soloke 會錄音嗎？
